Instructions for at home:
- set your toaster oven on the toast bread setting, toast the waffle for 4 minutes until it’s crisp and inside is warmed up. - To assemble, put first the fluff on the waffle then the marshmallow, and then chocolate chips, followed by graham crumbs and chocolate sauce. 👉 swipe for step by step photos
For extra gooeyness, toast again in the oven for another minute to melt the marshmallows and chocolate chips before adding the graham and chocolate sauce.
#protip - At the restaurant, we use a blowtorch, to roast the marshmallows and give it that camp fire taste - if you have that tool in your kitchen by all means do it!! 🤤
